Let us put to work for you our 17+ years of knowledge and hands-on experience as a commercial grower of heirloom plants, produce, cut herbs and flowers so that you can grow more of your own food!

The necessity for us to grow more of our own food is never been more imperative. With food borne illnesses occurring on a near constant basis due to contamination in the commercial food chain plus the consumer protections of chemicals allowed to be used in food growing and processing being repealed and abolished - growing even a little of our own, especially foods we eat raw like lettuces, kale, green onions, assorted berries is essential.

We would love to welcome you to our Grow Your Own Member Community.

Your membership gives you access to in depth guides focused on growing the foods you buy & eat regularly. You will learn how to select varieties that will be optimal not only for our area but when you plant. you will learn how to germinate, when and how to transplant, watering, fertilizing, pest management, harvesting and seed saving.

Are you ready? To feel good about the food you are eating. To reclaim independence from a broken food system? To create a stronger local food system for yourself, your loved ones and in turn, our local community?

Carrie-Anne Parker Founder & CEO of Rolling Hills

I am Carrie-Anne, owner and grower behind the plants, summer fruits and specialty cut flowers you have come to know Rolling Hills for since 2009

and Rolling Hills is where I call home….

In the backyard, you will find our micro production nursery where we grow from direct seeding and propagation of perennials found on our property. The remainder of the property is where we grow both annual and perennial herbs, cut flowers and is home to over 30 fruit producing trees and vines. We are especially fond of stone fruit - peaches, apricots, plums as well as boysenberries and grapes that are grown along the properties fence line.

So very proud of my work as a certified organic grower. Love and a deep reverence for our planet, the creatures [including ourselves] which call Earth home and a determination to preserve it and live harmoniously with nature is at the heart of my dedication to an organic way of life.

I am deeply committed to helping folks grow more of their own food in whatever space they have. As a grower of exclusively open pollinated and heirloom food bearing plants, helping folks save seed from their food garden is at the core of my work.

Before my work as a commercial grower, I was a holistic heath educator and provider with emphasis in the areas of: nutrition, reflexology, medical massage therapy, aromatherapy, breath work, modalities to assist with anxiety.

The common thread in all of my work has been to connect individuals with the innate restoration and well-being Nature has to offer.
