FRESH Incense Cedar + CA Redwood Wreath with Dried Limes

$120.00

Over our 12 + years of wreath crafting, THIS piece I am profoundly proud of.

CA Red wood is dominate - a tree gifted from me from a caretaker of a local heritage citrus grove way back before I even purchased this home. A “volunteer’ this redwood was in the grove - gifted by a thoughtful bird.

I was told I would never be able to get it to grow. Transplanted into a 25 gallon container, it was 3 years before it got it’s roots into the Earth. Within 2 weeks of closing escrow, I transplanted her in her permanent spot on the Urban Farm [WAY before unpacking the moving boxes] in a spot that I believed would facilitate power lines to be redirected underground [ha ha]. The year was 2008. She now stands well over 75 feet tall.

Locally sourced Incense cedar, seeded eucalyptus, curly willow tip are added to redwood - accented with scored and dried Mexican limes ]from the Urban Farm] , brass finished bells and silk ribbon.

Wreath measures approximately 24 inches.
