Each handmade pocket ceramic heart , overflowing with fragrant blooms is simply the sweetest way to say “ I love you”.
It starts with the ceramic heart, each one a work of art crafted by our friend Jody. Then we tuck water tubes inside the pocket to hold fragrant sweet peas and other specialty blooms.
As the flowers fade to a memory, the heart remains for you to refill with blooms from your garden, an air plant, dried flowers or any other creative idea that comes to mind.
